Demo Submission

By submitting a demo to Oria Records, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before sending your material.

1. Rights & Ownership

I declare that I am the owner of the rights to the material submitted, or that I have the appropriate authorization to submit it on behalf of the rights holder. I accept full responsibility for any third-party claims arising from this submission.

2. Review Without Obligation

I accept that Oria Records or any member of their team may review, listen to, and evaluate the submitted material without any obligation to respond, provide feedback, or enter into any agreement.

3. No Contract or Employment

I understand that submitting this demo does not imply any type of contract, partnership, employment relationship, or commitment of any kind between myself and Oria Records. No rights are transferred or licensed as a result of this submission.

4. Similar Projects

The sender acknowledges that Oria Records may work on projects similar in style, genre, or concept to the submitted material, without this constituting any conflict of interest, claim of plagiarism, or grounds for legal action.

5. Personal Data: I accept the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Oria Records, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6. No Unsolicited Follow-Ups

Oria Records will contact you only if interested in your submission. Please refrain from sending follow-up emails or messages enquiring about the status of your demo.

7. File Format

Only .WAV audio files are accepted. Submissions in other formats may be disregarded. Do not send links to external platforms or file-sharing services.
