The data controller for the Oria Records Portal platform is Oria Records. For questions regarding the processing of personal information, contact management directly through verified official label channels.
We collect and process the following categories of data:
Legal Basis: Processing of artist data is necessary for the performance and monitoring of the musical distribution and collaboration agreement (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR). Security logs and rate limiting operate under our legitimate interest to prevent unauthorized intrusion and service abuse (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
Strictly Necessary Storage: We use local storage and secure session cookies to verify active login sessions and enforce rate limiting. These cannot be disabled.
Analytical Tracking (Google Analytics 4): Google Analytics is utilized to analyze platform reliability and optimize server traffic. No analytical cookies are loaded or stored until you give explicit affirmative consent via the cookie banner. You can adjust your preferences at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.
All data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections (TLS 1.3) and stored inside cloud database infrastructure protected by Row Level Security (RLS). Artist financial records are retained for the duration of the distribution relationship and statutory tax audit periods required by applicable law.
Under European law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure following contract termination, and object to processing. To exercise these rights or request the deletion of your account data, submit a formal request to mgmt@oriarecords.com.
